We want you to love your organic essentials, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the items in their original sustainable packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
