What materials do you use in your clothing?
We prioritize the planet by using GOTS certified organic cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell, and recycled nylon to ensure every garment is durable, breathable, and eco-friendly.
How long does shipping take within Denmark and the EU?
Orders within Denmark typically arrive in 1-3 business days. For the rest of the EU, please allow 3-7 business days for your sustainable basics to reach your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless the packaging is unopened.
Are your factories ethically certified?
Yes, we only partner with certified factories that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child labor. We regularly visit our partners in Turkey and Portugal to maintain these standards.
How should I care for my Organic Basics to make them last?
To extend the life of your garments and save energy, we recommend washing at 30°C and hanging to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the integrity of the organic fibers.
